Each year there are about 50 baptisms in our parish, we are pleased to meet the families and we try to make the ceremony relaxed and memorable for all.

Baptism Ceremony
The baptism Ceremony takes place on the 1st Sunday of each Month in St. John's Church at 12 noon and on the 3rd Sunday of each Month in St. Jarlath's Church after the 11.30 Mass.

Two members of the Parish Baptism team visit the family and help them to prepare fro the baptism. They will bring with them a baptismal candle and a booklet for the ceremony of baptism - these are gifts from the parish.
